INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

A. Manufacturer
i. Manufacturer must have valid ISO 9001:2015 Certificate and related valid API Certificate for Design, Manufacturing, Supply of Cementing Accessories & Spare Parts. Manufacturer must provide a valid Registration certificate/License of the firm.
ii. Manufacture must have overall 12 (Twelve) years’ experience of manufacturing.
iii. Manufacturer must have minimum 10 (Ten) years’ experience of manufacturing of similar materials (Cementing Accessories & Spare Parts).
iv. Manufacturer must have minimum 06 (Four) years’ proven sales record to IOC companies other than the manufacturing country of origin and must be submitted minimum 03 end user certificate/contract agreement copies as proof.
B. Supplier
v. Supplier must have valid Registration certificate of the firm and must submit manufacturer authorization letter from Manufacturer. Manufacturer must be complying with Clause16.A.
vi. Supplier must have a minimum of 07 (Seven) years’ overall experience of supplying of oil field/drilling materials and spare parts.
vii. Supplier must have a minimum of 05 (Five) years’ specific experience of supplying of Cementing Accessories & Spare Parts.
viii. Supplier must have a minimum of 05 (Five) years’ proven sales record to Internationally Reputed Companies other than the supplier country of origin and must submit minimum 03 end user certificate/contract agreement copies as proof.
N.B: Bonafide Manufacturer / Supplier or their authorized agents of all countries except which Countries do not have any diplomatic relation with Bangladesh.
