INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

This Invitation for Tender is open to all qualified Tenderers as mentioned
below:
1.The minimum number of years of General Experience of the
Tenderer/Supplier to Manufacture Wooden and Steel Furniture
Works/Goods shall be a minimum of 5 (Five) years.
2. The minimum specific experience as a supplier in Supply of similar
Goods(furniture) of at least 01 (one) contract i.e. any wooden furniture
manufacture/supply successfully completed within the last 5 years with a
value of at least BDT Tk 182.00 Lac of Government/ Semi-Government/
Autonomous Bodies/Private Organizations in Bangladesh. i.e. years
counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP
System.
3. The Tenderer shall have a minimum BDT Tk 250.00 lac only amount of
liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual
commitments at the time of Tender submission with the standard format
of BPPA(PG3-8).
4. A minimum supply/production capacity of Goods are ( Executive chair,
Reading table, Sofa Set, Revolving chair, sofa set, Dining chair, Divan,
Cabinet/Bookshelf, Workstation, steel Almirah, table or similar product)
7200 numbers of furniture per year during the last 03 (Three) years.
5. At Factory Premises the Tenderer must have their Own Wooden and
Steel Furniture Manufacturing Factory with standard manufacturer
equipment & skilled manpower & Standard Automated Mechanical &
Chemical Treatment(with Compressor & suction equipment containing
minimum chamber pressure of 4 bar as per required time) (The factory
must have seven tank/layer Process plant for Powder Coating of steel
furniture ) and Seasoning Plant(with automated control panel and
minimum chamber temperature must be 55 degree Celsius as per
required time) and Lacquer Plant. (All are functioning)
6.The Tenderer must be Manufacturer & Authorization Certificate is not
Applicable. |
