INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

1. Tenderer Should have up to date and Valid Trade License, VAT Certificate, TIN Certificate.
2. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of (05) years of general experience in the supply of goods and related services
3. The Tenderer must have supplied minimum 01 (one) current meter/hydrographic equipment during the last 05 (five) years
4. Tenderer must submit Manufacturer Authorization Letter directly from Manufacturer; Third party Authorization Letter or Local Agent's issue Authorization letter will not be accepted.
5. Tenderer must have minimum 01 (one) contract of supply of Current Meter/Hydrographic Instruments to Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous organizations of minimum Tk. 67.20 (Sixty Seven Lakh Twenty Thousands) lakh within last 05 (five) years with successfully completion certificates supported by NOA.
6. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit line, net of other contractual commitment of the Tender shall be Tk. 86.40 (Eighty six lakh forty thousands) lakh with any government schedule bank
