INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

The Tender is open to all eligible tenderer who has
a) up-to-date valid trade license. b) Valid TIN & VAT registration certificate. c) Up-to-date valid income tax clearance certificate obtained from NBR.
d) The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in the supply of goods & related services as a supplier shall be 5 years.
e) Specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply, installation, testing & commissioning of lift in a single contract with a minimum value of Taka 70.00 (Seventy) lac in any government/semi government/autonomous/private organization within the last 5 years from the date of IFT.
f) The minimum amount of liquid assets of the tenderer shall be Taka 90.00 (Ninety) lac in the form of a letter of commitment for a bank undertaking for a line of credit (e-PG3 8) without alteration issued no earlier than twenty-eight (28) days of the deadline for the submission of tender only.
g) The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods is/ are: mentioned in TDS
h) Up-to-date ABC/BC category Contractor & Electrical Supervisory license obtained from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board.
i) Valid Manufacturer authorization letter for the proposed brand of the Lift (e-PG3-6).
j)Assurance certificate for after sales service from the manufacturer/authorized Distributer.
k) The bidder must provide One Year service warranty including spare parts.
l)Sole Agent/Distributorship certificate from lift manufacturer.
m) Catalogue & Technical specifications of proposed lift.
n)Met all other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender as mentioned in the ITT, GCC & TDS & Tender documents. |
