As per the current amendment of PPR/2025 the tenderer must submit the following documents along with the tender at the time of submission of tender.
?) Valid trade license for the current financial year, ?) Paid income tax certificate for the current financial year with TTIN, ?) VAT registration certificate, ?) Financial certificate for the current year from any commercial bank. ?) Citizenship Certificate. ?) Ownership certificate. ?) Declaration/undertaking that the tenderer is not blacklisted should be countersigned by the first class officer. ?) Certificate of at least 03 years of experience in related work, including hairdressing, must be submitted. ?) 01 (one) copy of a recent passport size photograph and 03 (three) specimen signatures which must be attested by a 1st class government official. Other Qualifications (as mentioned in Tender Document/Schedule PG-2 & PG-3).
