3.Income Tax Certificate with up to date Tax payment document.
4.Up to date Valid VAT Registration / BIN Certificate.
5.Own manufacture plant with chemically de-rusted and zinc phosphate coated with oven backed powder paint Tenderer must have minimum 3 (three) manufacturing plant.
6. Environment Certificate.
7. 6 (Six) own show rooms in Dhaka and at least 1(one) show room at other divisional headquarters with addresses and contact numbers.
8. Brochures and Catalogue.
9. Membership Certificate of Furniture owners Association.
10. FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) Certification.
11. Logo and hologram mark.
12. Certificate of Incorporation.
13. ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001-2018 & ISO 14001:2015 Certificates.
14. Fire license.
15. Tenderer must have valid Insurance Policy covering (a) Commercial General Liability (b) Workmen’s Compensation.
16. Dhaka Chamber of Commerce and Industries (DCCI) membership certificate.
