1.Up to date Trade License.
2.Up to date Bank Solvency Certificate.
3.Income Tax Certificate with up to date Tax payment document.
4.Up to date Valid VAT Registration/ BIN Certificate.
5. Brochure must contain full technical information, specifications, data, pictorial, graphical and textual content of the equipment to be supplied.
6. Declaration by the Tenderer that equipment, materials and consumables proposed are brand new and from recent line of production using Letterhead Pad;
7. The Tenderer shall give a commitment letter for immediate restoration of the equipment in the event of any functional disorder of the installed equipment, for this purpose, the Tenderer shall give the contact details (Cell no. e-mail and FAX) of the concerned person for addressing the problem.
8. The Tenderer shall submit Guarantee/warranty commitment as per tender requirements using Letter head Pad.
9. ISO 9001:2015 Certificate.
