INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

1. Reputed Firm/ Organization having certificate of Distributor /sole agent / representative of proposed brand of Lift from the manufacturer.
2. Reputed Firm/ Organization/ Manufacturer/ Authorized agent having minimum 05 (Five) years of general experience in the supply of Goods and related services. (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the Newspaper).
3. The minimum specific experience as supplier in supply of Similar nature Lift and related services of at least 01 contracts successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 290 (Two Hundred & Ninety) Lakh. [The years counting backward from the date of invitation of this tender (IFT)] under any Government/Semi Govt/Autonomous Bodies/Private Organization. In case of the work done under any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies/Private Organization (in case of Private Organization, the Certificate shall be given by an owner of that Organization) other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer.
4. The tenderer shall submit up-to-date income tax clearance certificate, valid VAT registration certificate, up-to-date Trade license, up-to-date ABC/BC category contractor and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board.
5. Completion certificate of similar nature of work (as Specific experience), Manufacture’s authorization, Line of credit and all other certificate must be submitted in prescribed format (e-PG3) of BPPA.
6. Tenderer must submit 3 years audit report, up-to-date IRC certificate, site visit report and work plan.
7. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) shall be Tk. 350.00 (Three Hundred & Fifty) Lakh must be submitted within the prescribed format as per ITT clause No 14.1(b) and 27.1 (e). |
