INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

This Invitation for Tender (IFT) is open to all eligible tenderer registered in e-GP system meeting the following criteria:
A) The reputed tenderer shall have minimum 5 years of general experience in similar nature of works or supply of goods.
B) Satisfactory completion of similar nature of work (Acoustic, Stage Light and Sound system) worth not less than Tk. 165.00 (One Hundred and Sixty Five) Lakh only in a single work order in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Bodies of Bangladesh during last 5 years.
C) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. working capital/credit line of the tenderer shall be Tk. 200.00 (Two Hundred) Lakh in standard document format (PG3-8) only from any scheduled bank of Bangldesh, any alteration of the format is not accepted.
D) Up-to date Trade License, up to date ABC License, up to date Supervisory License, up-to date Income Tax Clearance and up-to date VAT Registration Certificate .
E) Technical specification of the product must be submitted.
F) All other conditions as mentioned in TDS, Section-2 , Section-4 of tender documents must be fulfilled. |
