• Manufacturer should hold a valid API Monogram License for API 9A, API 8C, API 7K covering the offered products and the manufacturing facility, and each offered Rig Instrumentation Spares shall comply with API 9A, API 8C, API 7K latest edition and the item-specific PSL, PR level, material class, temperature class, and pressure rating stated in the Technical Specification.
• Manufacturer should have overall 10 years’ experience of manufacturing Drilling & Workover Related Materials.
• Tenderer should have 07(Seven) years’ experience of similar materials Supply and have 07(Seven) years proven sales record to IOC Internationally Reputed companies other than the Supplier Country of Origin and also submitted at least 03(Three) end-user certificate.
• The minimum specific experience as Tenderer in Supply of similar Goods of at least 4(Four) contracts successfully completed within the last 6(Six) years out of which 3 (Three) must be in other than the country of origin, each with a value of at least BDT 225,00,000.00 (Two crore twenty-five lakh) or USD 183,000.00 (one lakh eighty-three thousand) |
