| Brief Description of Assignment |

This project aims to build awareness and strengthen capacity to face the adverse impacts of climate change. Through training, workshops, and information sharing, it will engage students, government officials, civil society, NGOs, advance/innovative farmers and environmentalists. The initiative focuses on capacity building, disaster management, and knowledge exchange to reduce risks and help communities adapt to climate challenges. | Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

Minimum 10 years of experience in preparing training manuals, climate study and public awareness, conducting training, workshop and seminar in national level. The firm must show academic linkage with foreign/national universities
Government/semi govt. research institutes, in the field of climate change, with particular emphasis on adverse climate impacts and public awareness.
A detailed list of professionals and experts who will be working on this project. having the criteria as per the required qualifications and experience in TOR Preference will be given to a team with international professional /expert. The team must consist of at least 01 (one) professional/expert in each area which was described in the ToR. Reasonably acceptable organizational profile. Evidence of permanent office in Bangladesh, Evidence of updated Trade License. Income Tax Clearance Certificate, TIN Number, BIN Number and Proof of VAT submission status.

2.(a) Consulting Firm will be selected in accordance with PPA-2006, PPR-2025 and Public Procurement Procedures
issued by BPPA.
(b) The Expression of Interset (Eol) shall be submitted in sealed envelope, delivered to the address of undersigned. The
procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal or all Eol's without assigning any reason whatsoever.
