| Brief Description of Assignment |

BREB, the Project Executing Agency, in cooperation with KfW, and, aims to contribute to the Substation Modernization and Upgrading Project of Outdoor Substations in BREB covering the aspects:
• Project Management, update of E&S Documentation;
• Establish of ESMP;
• Preliminary design for substation rehabilitation;
• Establishing technical specifications;
• Procurement of EPC Contractors;
• Construction Site Supervision and Commissioning;
• Services during Defects Liability Period. |

The requested services of the Consultant shall comprise all relevant professional activities for project implementation and the Consultant having the role of the Engineer as per FIDIC definition.
The Consulting services shall be performed in Bangladesh and comprise site supervision for 25 substations in the country. The estimated project period is about 60 months including 12 months Defects Liability Period. |
