| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
Procurement of consulting services by appointing a consulting firm for the "Construction of Godowns at Rajshahi and Barishal Regional Offices to increase TCB's Buffer stock Capacity'.
Architectural Master Plan, Detailed Architectural & Structural Design ( 2D and 3D models).(MEP) Design and its approval by the concerned authorities.
Preparation Feasibility Study,Development Project Proposal (DPP) and Fire Safety Plan and Assisting TCB in processing the approval through the concerned Ministry and, where applicable, Planning Commission, including:
Preparation of Detailed Working Plan, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), Technical Specification and Cost Estimate as per the approved drawings. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

1. Valid Trade License, TIN Certificate, Latest Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, and Certificate of Incorporation (if applicable).
2. Minimum of 15 years of general experience in Architectural/Engineering consultancy services.
3. Financial capability with Liquid Assets/Working Capital or Credit Line of minimum BDT 1 (One) Crore.
4. Audited Financial Statements for the last 3 (three) years
5. Annual turnover of at least BDT 2.00 Crore last 3 years
6. Experience Certificate.
7. Documents as per TOR |

The firm will demonstrate cv's following qualified key personnel.
1. Team Leader: Ph.D. in Arch/Urban Planning, 20+ years’ experience in project management of high-rise complexes.
2. Deputy Team Leaders /Senior Architect: M.Arch., IAB Member, 15+ years’ experience.
3. Deputy Team Leaders /Senior Structural Engineer: M.Sc. in Structural Eng., Fellow IEB, 15+ years’ experience.
4. Geotechnical Expert: M.Sc. in Geotechnical Engineer.
5. MEP Engineers: Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing experts with relevant degrees and 5+ years’ experience.
6. Specific Experience Certificate at least 02 (Two) similar contracts (minimum 10-storied) within the last 10 (Ten) years
7. Experience in Prefabricated Commercial Building or warehouse in the last 10 years.
8. Experience of master planning and designing of minimum 2 similar natured projects. |
