| Brief Description of Assignment |

Consultancy Services for Preparation of Master Plan, All types Drawing, Approval for Building Drawing from RAJUK, Collection of NOC from various Department, Design, Documentation and full Time Supervision of TCB Condominium Apartment Complex.
Obtaining Land Use Clearance, Special Project Permit, and Building Approval from RAJUK; Fire Safety Plan approval from FSCD; Environmental Clearance from DoE; and other necessary statutory permits.
Prepare Feasibility Study Report and Development Project Proposal (DPP). Assist TCB in processing the approval through the concerned Ministry and, where applicable, Planning Commission, including: |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

1. Valid Trade License, TIN Certificate, Latest Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, and Certificate of Incorporation (if applicable).
2. Must have a minimum of 20 (Twenty) years of general experience in Architectural/Engineering consultancy services.
3. Demonstrated financial capability with Liquid Assets/Working Capital or Credit Line of minimum BDT 1 (One) Crore.
4. Audited Financial Statements for the last 3 (three) years showing a positive Net Worth and average annual turnover of at least BDT 2.00 Crore.
5. Experience Certificate.

1. Proven track record of successfully completing detailed design and supervision of at least 02 (Two) Multi-storied Residential/Commercial Building projects (minimum 10-storied or above) within the last 10 (Ten) years in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous bodies or reputed private organizations.
2. Experience in Green Building Design (LEED/BREEAM or equivalent) and high-rise structural design using shear wall systems is preferred.
3. Experience in Prefabricated High Rise Residential or Commercial Building.
4. Experience in master planning and designing of minimum 2 similar size residential neighbourhood with the modern utility system. |
