Need Assessment for the following projects :
Package-F.S-01/26-27: Feasibility study for the proposed projects titled (a) Construction of Administrative cum Barrack building for Police Stations of Bangladesh Police (b) Construction of Circle Office for Bangladesh Police. Package-F.S-02/26-27 Feasibility study for the proposed projects titled (a)Construction of Headquarter Building for Specialized Police Unit (Railway Police, Highway Police, River Police, PBI, Industrial Police) and (b) Construction of Police Fari/Investigation Centre, Camps, River Police Centre, Railway Police Station and outpost, Tourist Police Centre for Bangladesh Police.
Package-F.S-03/26-27: Feasibility study for the proposed project titled (a) Enhancement the Capacity of Telecommunication for Bangladesh Police (b) Enhancement the Infrastructure Development and Training Capacity of Police Staff College Bangladesh and (c) Capacity Enhancement of Special Branch, Bangladesh Police..
Package-F.S-04/26-27: Feasibility study for the proposed projects titled (a) Capacity Building and Purchase of Technical Equipment for Online GD and FIR System (b). Land acquision for Capacity Enhancement of Bangladesh Police and (c) Land Management System of Bangladesh Police.
Requirements :
A) Building & Other Infrastructure: To asses the requirements of Building and other infrastructure to accommodate all the facilities for proposed Police Lines or related unit.
B) Floor area & Electromechanical component of Building & Other Infrastructure : To asses the requirements of total floor area and electromechanical component to accommodate all the facilities for proposed Police Lines or related unit..
C) Equipment: To asses the required type and quantity of equipment for proposed
Police Lines or related unit..
D) Furniture: To asses the required type and quantity of furniture for the proposed
Police Lines or related unit..
E) Vehicle: To asses the required type and quantity of Vehicle/Crime scene Mobile
lab for the proposed Police unit or Bangladesh Police. |

Qualification & Experience
Interested consulting firms are invited to provide information indication that they are qualified to perform services. The consulting firm should be experienced and reputed in the similar field. Interested firms should submit the following information in sufficient detail including brochures, description of experience in similar assignments, summaries of firm's technical and management capabilities, availability of resources etc.
The EOI would be reviewed on the basis of the following

Turnover of the consulting firm
Experience of the firm in similar task
Experience of the firm in work

i) Interested bonafide consulting firm(s) are invited to submit EOI enclosing their required information to the address of the undersigned on or before closing date and time.
ii)Submission of EOI should be done in enclosed format bearing the name and address of the applicant, programme/project name. EOI no. & date and be addressed to the EOI issuing Authority in 02 (Two) copies: 01(one) marked as ORIGINAL and other as COPY (i.e photocopy of the original).
iii) The prospective Consultant shall submit the EOI document as ORIGINAL and COPY in separate sealed envelope.
i) Incomplete/ partial EOI will be rejected.
ii) Interested firms must provide focused information demonstrating that they are
qualified to perform the services.
iii) Interested consulting firms may obtain additional information from the office
mentioned below during office hours on Sunday to Thursday.
iv) The proposal in 02 sets (01 Original + 01 duplicate) shall be submitted in sealed envelope & delivered & clearly marked "Request for Expression of Interest" for the said project.
