a) Inventory of facilities and need assessment,b) Sub-Soil investigation studies, topographic survey & IWM Report, c) Transport ,Social Economic , demographic and Related Surveys .d) Environmental impact assessment. e) Feasibility study of the site considering all above issues. f) If feasible then Conceptual/ Preparation of Preliminary Lay- Out plan of Road, Bridge & Culvert. g) Preparation of Estimate & Cost Benefit analysis. h)Preparation of DPP based on Preliminary design & Estimate. i)Consultant has to submit a Preliminary Conceptual Layout with soft & Hard Copy including 3D view & 3D animated view.
