| Brief Description of Assignment |

"Output 1: Acquisition and installation of a Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) Integrated Bond Automation software to automate the key management functions for bonded warehouse licensees;
Output 2: Establishment of a data center to store all bonded warehouse licensee data and provide the platform from which the IT based bond administration system will run;
Output 3: Installation of a voice and data network to enable bond management staff to have access to the IT based bond administration system via their computer terminal;
Output 4: Acquisition of desktop hardware and software for all bond management staff to furnish their work;
Output 5: Establishment of a processing center to digitize all paper forms and image all documents provided by bonded warehouse licensees;
Output 6: Develop procedural manuals and organize training to enable staff to utilize the new Bond administration IT system and business processes.
Output 7: Undertake a taxpayer communications and education program to assist the taxpayers to understand and comply with the new Bond administration and Business procedures.
Output 8: Undertake the re-organization of Bond Commissionerates along with functional lines.
