* A detail study on existing police Telecommunication insfrastructure needs to be planned which would help to identify potential blind spots, bottlenneecks, Security concerns etc. This would also include detail inventory of existing assets and enable network architects involved to arrive at high level giagram of the network at it cureently stands.
* Feasibility study on establishing separate network by using existing wireless telecomminication system. Preseently any communication occurs between two mobile patrol unit
* Determine future capacity enhancements for nationwide seamless police Wireless Communication
