Firm Selection Criteria
1) The firm must have minimum 7 years’ experience in Bangladesh about software and services & 5 years of practical experience of developing large scale web-based applications
2) The firm must have minimum 30 in-house resources including system architect and software developers
3) The firm must have 2 years experience in developing software, tools and contents in the domain of disabilities.
4) In order to develop accessible video/audio contents, the firm must be familiar with JAWS, S2T,T2S, ""Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)"", Universal Design of Learning (UDL) and the firm having disability domain experts, web accessibility experts, sign-language interpreter and partnership with organizations working with disabilities will be an added advantage.
5) At least 4 years experience in working on cross platforms and must have experience of developing and designing mobile application, for at least 5 clients.
6) Update Trade Liccence VAT Certificate, TAX Identification Number Certificate, preferable.
