INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
Training Management Consultant/Specialist will be appointed for smooth implementation of training under the project. All sorts of technical support will be ensured by the consultant. The consultant will follow the following ToR but not limited to:
Developing ICT based training modalities, training programs for secondary and higher secondary level teachers support. Developing/reviewing training manual and teachers’ guide. Preparing Master Trainer, organizing ToT, presenting papers for seminar, workshop, and training. Developing database of trainees and trainers. Organizing workshop, seminar, and training. Providing assistance for monitoring and mentoring. Ensuring quality of training. Reporting with analytics using competent software and put recommendation for further improvement of training and related tasks; Details are given in the RFA format. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |
: |
• Masters in Science/Social Science from any recognized university preferably M.Sc in CSE/ICT/Applied Physics/Statistics/Mathematics. M.Ed/Ph.D degree will add an extra qualifications with having minimum 10 years teaching experience at Public University/Govt. College/Research Institute.
• At least 3 years experience on ICT based consultancy in education sector/in Govt. Training Management Institutes/in Govt. Educational Administration of Bangladesh.
• Proven experience of producing national reports/training manuals/published articles in reputed journals and publication on Educational Technology will be given advantage. |

• Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Word, Excel and Power Point).
• Good analytical skill and independent report writing ability in English.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Age limit: 60 years on 01/04/2018 (it may be relaxed upto 65 years for suitable candidates).
• The Application shall have to be submitted in the prescribed RFA format which will be available during office time.
• CD containing the soft copy of the complete application is to be submitted along with the prescribed application form (MS word version). |
