| Brief Description of Assignment |

Study tour of 19 Officers in 2 batches for 7-10 days in USA/Canada/Australia/New Zealand. The study tour should be organized in different fiscal years. Particulars: Biosafety of semen production laboratories and bull stations, sperm epigenetics, semen sexing, and embryo micromanipulation.

a) The firm/company must have registration from government, permanent office in Dhaka and management set-up for the service wanted. b) Seven years overall experience of arrangement of study tour and overseas training for public organizations with at least Tk. 100 lakh in two contracts in each year within last 3 years. c) The intending firms must show written evidences of partnership in the form of agreement/ MOU or any other form of mutual collaboration signed with the international/ regional/ global organizations engaged in training of civil/public officials. d) Interested firms are invited to provide information and produce documents indicating that they are competent to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar activities, trade license, VAT, income tax certificate, financial solvency certificate and ISO certificate). e) Firms who have been previously black listed by any projects/organizations of the GOB need not to submit EOI.
