Appointment of Consultant for Preparation of Architectural Design/Drawing, 3-D view etc with all ancillary facilities including internal/external services of each Building for Establishment of Sheikh Hasina Cantonment Barishal:
a. Preparation of Architectural Design/Drawing, 3-D view etc for all buildings, necessary Electrical works Related with the structure as required etc, Estimate, Priced Bill of Quantities with Details Specification for the above works complete including Top Supervision.

Consultant should fulfill the following criteria :
a. Year of experience should not less than 10 years for a Firm/ Company/JVC/Firm of Association for services serial 15 and 15 (a).
b. Consultant should have completed Architectural Design/Drawing, 3-D view etc and other services mentioned in serial 15 and 15 (a) at least 04 (Four) Numbers 16 storied Office/ Residential/Public/Same nature Buildings including 1/2/3 basement floor or minimum 10 (Ten) Numbers 10(Ten) storied other buildings in similar nature.
c. Consultant should have completed Architectural Design/Drawing, 3-D view etc using modern Architectural Design software etc mentioned in serial 15 and 15(a) at least 04 (Four) 16 storied Residential Buildings, 02 (Two) 04 Storied Office Buildings /Complex or in similar nature.
d. Consultant should have using Modern Architectural Design Technology, Methodology etc mentioned in serial 15 and 15(a) at least 04 (Four) 16 storied Residential/Public/Same nature Buildings in similar nature.
e. Consultant should have at least 02 (Two) Graduate Architecture with minimum experience 10 years,02 (Two) Graduate Civil Engineer with minimum 05(Five) years Field Experience, 01 (One) Graduate Electrical Engineer having Experience 05 (Five) years and 01 (One) Mechanical Engineer having 03 (Three) years experience in their related works / field and Full Time Employee for services serial 15 and 15 (a)
f. Additional experiences and qualification other than mentioned in Para 15 and 17 will get preference for the short listing of consultant.
Consultant without having eligible criteria should not apply for EOI. |
