| Brief Description of Assignment |

The firm will conduct impact evaluation depending on approved TOR. The objective of this assignment is to conduct impact evaluation of the project “Construction of a Concrete Grain Silo at Mongala Port with Ancillary Facilities (50000MT Capacity) (Revised)” in all aspects in collaboration with project personnel and all project stakeholders. The findings of the proposed study will show the effectiveness of the project, impact on national sports ground (International ground, if any) through the sports infrastructural facilities created/developed under the project as well as its overall impact on socio-economic development in the long run due to the project. The recommendations made by the consulting firm would be a guideline to implement the project of similar nature in future. |
