a. Preparation of Detail Drawing, Design, 3D Animation, Master Plan, Road Layout, Drainage System etc, Estimate, Priced Bill of Quantities with Details Specification for the above works complete including Top Supervision.

Consultant should fulfill the following criteria :
a. Year of experience should not less than 10 years for a Firm/ Company/JVC/Firm of Association for services serial 15 and 15 (a).
b. Consultant should have completed Detail Drawing, Design, 3D Animation, Master Plan, Road Layout, Drainage System etc and other services mentioned in serial 15 and 15 (a) at least 04 (Four) Numbers 6 storied Office/ Residential/Public/Workshop/ Same nature Buildings or minimum 10 (Ten) Numbers 06(Six) storied other buildings in similar nature.
c. Consultant should have completed Detail Drawing, Design, 3D Animation, Master Plan, Road Layout, Drainage System etc mentioned in serial 15 and 15(a) at least 04 (Four) 6 storied mentioned Buildings, 02 (Two) 04 Storied Office Buildings /Complex or in similar natur e.
d. Consultant should have using Modern Technology, Methodology etc mentioned in serial 15 and 15(a) at least 04 (Four)6 storied Residential/Public/Same nature Buildings in similar nature.
e. Consultant should have at least 02 (Two) Graduate Architecture with minimum experience 10 years,02 (Two) Graduate Civil Engineer with minimum 05(Five) years Field Experience, 01 (One) Graduate Electrical Engineer having Experience 05 (Five) years and 01 (One) Mechanical Engineer having 03 (Three) years experience in their related works / field and Full Time Employee for services serial 15 and 15 (a).
f. Additional experiences and qualification other than mentioned in Para 15 and 17 will get preference for the short listing of consultant.
Consultant without having eligible criteria should not apply for EOI.
