The applicant shall have to submit the EOI with the following documents :
(1) Valid up to date trade license. (2) Up to date Income Tax Certificate. (3) Certificate of VAT. (4) Brief description of the firm/ Brochures. (5) Three years Experience in similar activities. (6) List of major clients working with last 3 years. (7) The organization shall have experience in conducting nation wide campaign. (8) Name of the central key personnel’s with CV. (9) Relevant documents in favour of organizational strength of the firm. (10) Bank Solvency Certificate or credit facilities 1 (One) Crore. (11) The Consultant/Consulting Firm shall have to submit a tentative work plan. |
