Hiring of a Consulting Firm for design of architectural, structural, electric, interior, cost estimate, specification, tender document preparation and supervision of construction/ vertical extension/ repair/ maintenance of building, laboratory/ training complex, animal shed /seed storage facility and related works etc. of Bangladesh Agricultural Research Council and different National Agricultural Research Institute under PIU-BARC, NATP-2. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |
: |
Min.10 years of experiences as consulting firm related to design, management and supervision of works; Must have experience in survey, design and supervision of repair/ renovation/ construction works; Audited Financial Reports for the last 3 years; Availability of other resources i.e. logistical and support services of the firm; Availability of appropriate skills/ experts among staff to handle such assignment in terms of resources; Updated Trade license, VAT & IT certificates; Firm having experience of working with World Bank funded project and well experienced in PPR 2008 & World Bank Procurement Guidelines will be treated as additional advantage; Firm convicted by the court/ debarred by any procuring entity /World Bank funded project in-country & abroad is not eligible to apply; Only Bangladeshi firm having valid registration will be eligible to submit EOI;firm having at least 3 evidence of contracted similar work experience with worth 2 crore BDT or more in construction sector in last 10 years will be given preference. |
