| Brief Description of Assignment |

The consulting services will include:
? Development of a software platforms are readily available for use as Software-As-A-Service (SaaS) capable for rapid deployment with a minimal IT infrastructure and hardware requirements.
? The software platform should be ‘Industry standard’ capable to maintained minimum 300 K transaction points in operation without any traffic. And platform should be highly equipped for geo-referenced data transactions including GPS, pictures, geo-fencing geo-mapped, land-boundaries, diseases & pests infestation reporting through pictures and audio data capturing features.
? This SaaS approach-based software should capable to reduce the associated risks, operational cost and having technical and user-friendly excellency significantly.
? The developed software platform should able to digitize any kind of transactions from both back ends and data collection needs from distance Locations. There is also should have enough flexibility in the platform to customize the dashboard, reports and user interface to suit with exact and unique requirement of the AMISD project.
? The software platform should be provided an easy and flexible way to deploy surveys/data collection instantly using mobile devices so that required data can be collected in remote locations at the origin points in near real-time.
? The software platform should able to work in remote locations whether there is internet connectivity or no connectivity.
? The software platform should have auto upgradations systems whenever newer versions are available from vendor end without any operational disruption and cost.
? There should be minimum 4 modules accommodation facilities in the software for data collection, and advisories products delivery and feedback collection namely –
a) Advisory service delivery module (mobile SMS based)
b) Feedback pulling module (mobile SMS based), the concern number for feedback mobilization should be generated by firm.
c) Climatic harsh events reporting module. (Android mobile technology based)
d) Training, event monitoring module (Android mobile technology based)

Department of Agricultural Extension (DAE) now invites eligible consulting firms (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The short-listing criteria are:
(a) General experience of the Firm(s);
(b) Experience in similar assignments of compatible size, complexity and technical specialty in the required area;
(c) Financial soundness of the firm; and
(d) Staffing and logistics of the firm.
