Border Guard Bangladesh provides medical services to approximately 5 LAC BGB members ( with family) each year. BG Dhaka Hospital is 300 bedded hospital and rest 4 (four) hospitals are 50 bedded hospital. Satkania, Chattragram, Guimara, Khagrachori, Thakurgaon and Chuadanga are the outside hospital beside Dhaka. The aim of this project is to improve patient care through digital transformation. All type of patient care related information will be stored and later data will be analysed for quick desicion making for care provider. The following softwares (developed and/or customized according to BGB needs) will have to be implemented in 5 BGB Hospitals along with extensive user training for all software by face-to-face and e-Training:
1. Registration and Appointment Management System
2. Electronic Medical Record System (EMRS)
3. Diagnostics Management System
4. Medication Information System
5. Medical Device Integration System– Integration of all Lab and Radiology Devices with Electronic Medical Record System
6. Enterprise Drug and Supplies Inventory Management System
7. Hospital Inventory Management System
8. Pharmacy Management System
9. Admission, Discharge, Transfer Management System
10. Telemedicine and Disease Management System
11. Population Health Research and Management System
12. Local Purchase System
13. Courier Delivery Management System
14. Automated Billing System
15. Automated Integration of MIS data to EMRS
16. Data Reporting System to DHIS2, DGHS,MIS
17. e-Learning on eHealth
18. eTraining for all software Modules

1. The firms must have knowledge and skill in Health Informatics and e-Health domain
2. The firms must have implementation experience of Enterprise level Hospital Management Information System at least three tertiary level hospitals
3. The firms must have at least 5 years practical experience in related field
4. The firms must have experiences working with Govenrnment’s and completed at least one project
5. Knowledge in Clinical, Population Health Management and Research System experiences will be added value
6. Knowledge and experience in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics will be added extra value
7. The firms should have required skilled human resources to develop the software with appropriate experience & qualification
8. The firms should have own office and strong presence in Dhaka, Bangladesh with well-equipped service/support manned by adequate qualified technical personnel for maintenance and support of the proposed solution
9. Organization/Firms should submit copies of all legal documents

• VAT registration certificate
• Bank solvency certificate
• Last three years audited financial report
10. Must have minimum amount of liquid asset/working capital/credit facility Tk. 50 million BDT taka.
