| Brief Description of Assignment |

Preparation of infrastructure schemes in project areas, review of estimate of schemes, monitoring implementation of infrastructure schemes, physical progress and financial progress, identifying the reasons of delayed implementation and mitigations measures, quality control measures of district management unit, etc. as described in the terms of reference. (Detail is in the TOR). |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

Education: Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering with specified experience.
Experience: 5 years work experience in similar nature of work out of total 10 years’ service for graduate engineers and 15 years work experience out of total 25 years for diploma engineers. S/he should have experience in quality control, structural design, BOQ preparation, supervision of civil and labour intensive works.
The incumbent should have sufficient knowledge in computer literacy on MS Office, MS Excel, Power point, Auto-Cad, drawing, designing and other computer operations. S/he should have well proficiency in operating various computer operations.
