Required Educational Qualification:
Project Management Specialist/Chief Technical Advisor:
• PhD/Post-Graduation (Masters) in Forestry/Natural Resource Management/Aquatic Resource Development/ relevant subjects.
Program Coordinator:
• Master’s degree in Forestry/Natural Resources Management, Economics, Finance, MBA or such Subject.

Experience and Skills Required:
Project Management Specialist/Chief Technical Advisor:
• Working experience in capacity building of organization and institution will be preferred.
• Experience of implementing GoB/donor/World Bank funded projects will be added qualification.
• Minimum 15 years of working experiences in BFD or Natural Resources Management Organization.
• Demonstrated capacity to work in a team environment.
Program Coordinator:
• At least 15 years job experience in relevant field;
• Working experiences in project planning and monitoring will be given preference;
• Working experience with the development project and relevant experience of preparing ADP, Progress Report DPP, RDPP, will be given preference;
• Excellent understanding of GOB development project preparation and implementation, especially donor funded project;
• Fluency of English and Bangla language is required.
• Working experience with donors will be preferred.
