| Brief Description of Assignment |

Communication Specialist: The communication specialist is responsible for the design, management and implementation of communications strategy of the project.
Junior Consultant (Accounts): The Junior Consultant (Accounts) will support the Project Manager in the accounts related affairs of the project.
Junior Consultant (Admin): The Junior Consultant (Admin) will support the Project Manager in the management of operational/ administrative aspects of the project and serves as liaison to other staffs on related matters.

Communication Specialist:
# The Consultant must have at least Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Business administration, Economics, Social Sciences or any relevant field;
# Minimum 08 years’ experience of working in a relevant field;
# Experience of working as communication specialist in a project will be given preference.
Junior Consultant (Accounts):
# The Consultant's must have at least Bachelor degree in Commerce or related subjects from any recognized university;
# Minimum ten years’ working experiences in any development project. Experience of working with ERD will be given preference for this assignment.
Junior Consultant (Admin):
# The Consultant's must have at least Bachelor degree in Science/Commerce/Arts from any recognized university;
# Minimum ten years’ working experiences in any development project. Experience of working with ERD will be given preference for this assignment.
