| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
SD-08: International Trade Expert: Regularly monitor export trends, duty-and quota-free facilities and preferential market access, market access information, competitor’s market share, tariff structure, regulatory frameworks in the existing and emerging market of Bangladeshi products.
SD-09: Program Specialist: The Program specialist is responsible for preparation of plans and strategies for the proper advocacy in favor of the LDC graduation process along with program management activities.
SD-15: Junior Consultant (Planning and Finance): Assist in financial and budget planning including annual work plan, ADP and RADP, financial reporting, coordinating with relevant PIU staffs and ensure proper the financial management system are followed for the project.

SD-08: International Trade Expert: Post Graduate degree from a recognized university in International Trade/Business/Economics/Law/Public Policy or a Trade related discipline; PhD from reputed university in related areas will be given preference; A minimum 15 (Fifteen) years of experience in the Development Sector, working with government on Private Sector Development/ Trade/Investment Promotion.
SD-09: Program Specialist: The Consultant must have at least Master’s Degree with honors in Social Sciences or any relevant field from any reputed university; At least fifteen years (15) of work experience in the field of development project in public sector; Hands-on experience in Project Management as Project Director or Deputy Project Director of GoB/Aided project having component on advocacy and awareness raising/ building.
SD-15: Junior Consultant (Planning and Finance): The Consultant's must have at least Bachelor degree in Business, Finance or related areas from any recognized university; Candidates having higher degrees in relevant fields will be given preference; Minimum ten years’ working experiences in any development project.
