2. The objectives of the consulting services (“the Services”) mainly include the following:
a) To develop an interactive web-based Project Monitoring and Information Management System for the Project in order to facilitate PMU, CEDP through maintaining proper records of all financial and non-financial information of the Project etc.
b) To secure/obtain regular (periodic and on-call basis) maintenance service for 03 (three) years for the new and previously developed interactive web-based Project Monitoring and Information Management system for the Project. |

The Consulting Firm should have at least 10 years’ relevant experience in the field of similar Software development. The consultant should have at least 05 nos of similar completion of such software in Government or Multinational organization. |
