| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |
: |
• Education: Master’s in Environment Engineering or Environmental Science or related subject. Further trainings on relevant topics will be preferred. Excellent communication and writing skills with higher-level computer skills in Windows operating system (Word, Excel, Access, etc.) are highly desired.
• Experience: 8 years working background in planning, implementation and monitoring of environmental management for large-scale infrastructure projects is required. Experience in institutional capacity analysis, preparation and implementation of EMPs for works of similar nature and complexity, and knowledge of World Bank environmental safeguard policies is highly desired.

The Project Director now invites eligible applicants to indicate their interest in providing the services. Applicants are invited to provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (complete CV with Expected remuneration).
Detailed Terms of Reference (TOR) will be available upon request from the address provided below either through email or in person.
The consultants will be selected using the selection of Individual Consultant in accordance with the current World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, July 2016 updated in November 2018.
The services will be commenced immediately after selection at Dhaka, Bangladesh. Consultant’s contract duration will be of 60(sixty) months with possible extension of service subject to satisfactory performance to be evaluated yearly.
Expressions of Interest shall be submitted by 02/05/2019 during office hours on weekdays either in sealed envelope sent to Project Director, and be clearly marked "Expressions of Interest for Environment Specialist”.
The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject all REOIs.
