Hiring of Consulting Firm to assist the PIU, BARC, NATP-2 to provide Professional & Logistics Services for implementation of International Higher Studies (PhD program), Workshop, Trainings, Study Visit etc. programs under PIU-BARC, NATP Phase-II |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

(a) The Consultant shall be a registered private company/consulting firm having established/registered office premises with postal and location address.
(b) The Consultant shall have at least 7 (Seven) years working experience in organizing long term overseas programs i.e. PhD/ Masters/ or equivalent program, short term programs i.e. study tours, seminars/works, short term training etc. The firm shall furnish list of similar types of projects done in the last 7 (Seven) years with project description, location and source of fund. At-least 4 (Four) years’ experience for providing similar service in donor funded project(s) shall be treated as an added advantage.
(c) The Consultant successfully completed minimum 1 (One) contracts of similar nature last 7(Seven) years, each contract of at least USD 400,000 (Four Hundred Thousand) or equivalent in a freely convertible currency.
(d) The Consultant shall provide evidence of work experience in South Asia, especially in Bangladesh which will be given preference.
(e) The Consultant shall have availability of appropriate skills among staff with demonstrated capacity to handle such assignment.
(f) The Consultant shall have networking with scientific institutions, universities and structured training providers both in developed and developing countries with whom the consultant maintains regular contract and shall provide an indicative list of institutions, universities etc. with the proposal. |
