(1) Up to date trade license (2) Upto date Income Tax Certificate (3) Certificate of VAT (4) Brief description of the firm/Brochures (5) Minimum five years experience in Advertising & Publicity (6) Minimum 2 (two) years specific experiences in Live TV Dialogue (7) List of major clients working with last 3 years (8) Name of the central key personals with CV (9) Bank solvency certificate or credit facilities of One Crore (10) Audit reports of the firm for last 3 years (11) The Consultant/Consulting Firm shall have to submit a tentative work plan."
