Human Resource Specialist will be required to to help the software developer through the project office to ensure quality of GRP Software. Brief Description of Assignment: Requirement analysis is being carried out in selected Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Organization by the Software Development Firm for e-Government ERP Software. Human Resource Specialist will be required to provide input into Requirement Analysis in collaboration with nominated consultants and all stakeholders through: Review of existing human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees of selected offices. Review of policies on issues like, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management. A Master's degree or equivalent from a renowned university in related field. Experience: The candidate must have minimum 15 years of progressive working experience governance and HR processes in a Govt. / Semi-Govt./Autonomous body; Must have Knowledge and experience in organizational planning, compensation, recruitment, organization development, employee relations, safety etc; Must have domain Knowledge of HR management process in govt.; Person having experience on computer based HR management may be given preference; In case of otherwise exceptional candidates, this requirement may be relaxed. |

Experience in Govt. ERP project will be given preference.
