| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
Project Management, Monitoring and Implementation Specialist will be required to provide input into Requirement Analysis in collaboration with nominated consultants and all stakeholders through: Review of the process being followed for preparation of annual and quarterly work plans for the Projects of selected offices; Identification of sources of data, collection methods, who collects data, how often, cost of collection and who analyzes it; Analysis of criteria and evaluation scheme developed for the project impact, benefit and sustainability; Analysis of the project’s monitoring and evaluation plan, based on the project document log frames and indicators; Analysis of detailed M&E budget and calendar of M&E activities; Analysis of the project reports, such as interim and final reports, and other reports requested by the Project Manager; Review of the procedures being followed for managing staff and overseeing the day-to-day activities of the PMU related to the management and implementation of the Project. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |
: |
A Master's degree or equivalent from a renowned university in related field. Experience: Fifteen years of experience in development project management in large national/International organization preferably in Govt. organization; Experience in formulation, preparation of National Development Program and be acquainted with the process of national resource allocation and process of approval at highest authority; Must have knowledge on the govt. reporting system for monitory and impact assessment of govt. financed project; Professional training on project management is preferable; Strong communication skill in presenting and usage of project monitoring tools is preferable; Ability to work flexibly and adapt different styles of working as required; In case of otherwise exceptional candidates, this requirement may be relaxed. |

Applicants shall have to submit EOI with their CV and forwarding letter in sealed envelope labeled with Individual Consultant for one of the above mentioned positions under Bangladesh e-Government ERP Project to the office of the undersigned.
