INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
Technological Specialist will be required to help design, develop, monitor and test the GRP system through the project office to ensure quality of GRP Software. Brief Description of Assignment: Responsible for effective implementation of ERP Solution; Conduct requirement analysis for the ERP application with collaboration with project personnel and nominated consultants; Design, code, test and implement ERP system according to design specifications following standard coding styles and practices; Analyze the requirements and understand the deliverables; Develop software solutions by studying information needs, systems flow, data usage, and work processes; Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts and code comments; Participate in code/ design reviews after investigating already designed systems; Seek out new ERP concepts and ideas to add value to project; Collaborate with team members and ensure knowledge transfer; Such other functions as may be assigned by higher authority; Assumes overall responsibility for the successful execution and implementation of the project towards achieving the outputs; Prepares annual and detailed quarterly work plans and discusses draft with the Project Director and the implementing agency; Regularly (quarterly) reports to the Project Director in writing about the implementation progress and status of the results and project performance indicators; Implements quarter work plan and monitors activities; Ensures proper resources and level of effort provided to insure timely delivery of activities in the two areas: (a) Skill Development and (b) Institutional Capacity Building. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

Minimum B.Sc. in Computer Science or Computer Engineering from any renowned University. Experience: At least 10 (Ten) years experience in software development and at least 2 years in large scale ERP system development and/or open source/internationally renowned ERP configuration; Knowledge of Microservices architecture is a must; Consultancy and GoB Project/Donor Funded Project/International Organization experience is mandatory. |

Experience in Govt. ERP project will be given preference.

Applicants shall have to submit EOI with their CV and forwarding letter in sealed envelope labeled with Individual Consultant for one of the above mentioned positions under Bangladesh e-Government ERP Project to the office of the undersigned.
