| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
The consulting services (“the Services”) include, not limited to:
(i) Architectural Design and Urban Design;
(ii) Study and Detailed Designs for Traffic Management, Waste Water and Storm Water Management for Selected Sub-projects;
(iii) Feasibility Analysis;
(iv) Detail Design, Estimates, and BoQ Preparation;
(v) Bidding Documents Preparation;
(vi) Supervision and Monitoring;
(vii) Other Responsibilities.

| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

Experience in the fields of architectural planning and design of public buildings and public spaces, engineering survey and design of infrastructure, and traffic management;
Experience infeasibility, detail design, and environmental and social assessment.
Experiences in similar urban design, Supervision and monitoring activities.;
Availability of appropriate skills among staff.
have experience in development partner’s funded similar projects;; and
Corporate capacity of the consultants.

The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to the Section III, para 3.14,3.16, and 3.17 of the World Bank's” Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, July 2016 and updated in November 2018,” setting forth the World Bank's policy on conflict of interest.
Consultancy Firm may associate with other firms to enhance their qualifications, but should indicate clearly whether the association is in the form of a Joint Venture and/or a Sub-consultancy, In case of a joint venture, all the partners in the joint venture shall be Jointly and Severally liable for the entire contract, if selected.
A Consultancy Firm will be selected in accordance with the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method set out in the Procurement Regulations.
