| Brief Description of Assignment |

Specialist on Govt. Audit, Accounts and Budget will be required to provide input into Requirement Analysis in collaboration with nominated consultants and all stakeholders through: Reviewing existing Government Audit, Accounts and Budget management policies, rules, regulation, procedures and laws; Analyzing the requirements and understand the deliverables; Preparing gap analysis report supplementing and detailing current requirement analysis; Reviewing SRS prepared by vendor; Writing functional test-cases and carrying out functional testing; Guiding software development firm to develop software according to existing Government Audit, Accounts and Budget management policies, rules, regulation, procedures and laws; Reviewing developed software according to present practice of Government Audit, Accounts and Budget management policies; Documenting and demonstrating solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts; Working with existing resources to ensure level of effort provided to ensure timely delivery of activities; |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

A Master’s degree with major in Finance/Accounting or equivalent from a reputed university. Experience: 15 (Fifteen) years of relevant and progressive experience in Govt. / Semi-Govt./Autonomous body; Must have 10 (Ten) years of direct experience in Government organization to managing Government Accounts through using software (e.g IBAS++), meeting and mitigation Govt. Audit and preparation of Govt. Budget; Experience and expertise in implementing other accounting/financial management software in an organization will get preference; In case of otherwise exceptional candidates, the above-mentioned requirements may be relaxed; Familiarity with public financial guidelines and procedures is desirable. |

Applicants shall have to submit EOI with their CV and forwarding letter in sealed envelope labeled with Individual Consultant for one of the above mentioned positions under Bangladesh e-Government ERP Project to the office of the undersigned.

Interested candidates can apply by submitting the filled up SRFA. The candidates are requested to submit both soft copy (through email) and hard copy. The applicant may be asked to submit/present the original copy of any certificate or document by the authority.
