Bangladesh Computer Council (BCC) is organising Digital World 2020 event. as the executing agency on behalf of ICT Division, The event includes but not limited to ICT product & service showcasing, Ministeriral Conference, Seminar, Workshops, Concert for ICT, B2B meeting.

| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |
: |
1. Event Management Firms must have minimum 10 years of overall experience in providing event related services and supply of related goods;
2. The firm must have technical resources and facilities available for Event Management service;
3.The Company must have a minimum experience of arranging 5 (five) IT related Program/Event of which at least 2 (Two) should involve honourable President/ Prime Minister.
4. The firm must have fulltime Event Manager, Media Manager,Creative Manager (in high, medium and low levels) and other relevant Managers, Executives and associates having experiences in organizing National/International Event.
5. The firm must have sufficient amount of liquid assets, i.e., working capital or credit line(s) supported by appropriate documents;
6. The firm must have update-audit-report of previous 5 years. The firm needs to submit yearly turnover report/documents;
7. The firm should have valid up to date trade license, income tax certificate and VAT registration;
8. JVCA is allowed as per PPA-2006 & PPR-2008; However; all the firms of jvca must be Bangladeshi.

2. CV of Key professionals;
3. Turnover of the Consulting firm;
4. Other submitted document of the firm;
