| Brief Description of Assignment |

Bangladesh Computer Council (BCC) is organising Digital World 2020 event on behalf of ICT Division,The event includes but not limited to ICTproduct & service showcasing, Ministeriral Conference, Seminar, Workshops, Concert for ICT, B2B meeting. The activation program will cover different school, colleges and Universities of the country.

| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

1. Event Management Firms who have minimum 05 years of overall experience;
2. The Company must have experience in arranging activation programs in school, college and University of Bangladesh.
3.The Company shall have a minimum experience of arranging 5 (five) IT related Program/Event at National Level.
4. The firm must have fulltime Manager and other for Event Management and Activition Programe.
5. The firm must have sufficient amount of liquid assets, i.e., working capital or credit line(s) supported by appropriate documents;
6. The firm must have updated-audit-report of past 3 (three) years.
7. The firm should have valid up to date trade license, income tax and VAT Registration
8. JVCA is allowed as per PPA-2006 & PPR-2008; However; all the firms of jvca must be Bangladeshi. |
