PThe objective of the assignment is to prepare sector action plan on Local Government and Rural Development to provide a comprehensive picture of sectoral goals, performances, opportunities, challenges, and above all identify policies and strategies with elaborate actions and tentative budget that support the up-coming Eighth Five Year Plan and visions of the government. The consulting firm shall have experience in having successfully completed at least two similar type of assignments to government/semi- government/ autonomous bodies during the last five years. The team proposed by the consulting firm shall be composed of mixed pool of expert in the related fields. Detailed may be seen at ToR. |

Interested firms are required to provide brochures, description of similar and related assignments, experience in similar activities, trade license, incorporation certificate, VAT, TIN certificate, income tax certificate, financial solvency certificate, audit report with turnover for last three years and the documents deemed necessary (if any). The project will not provide office space and other logistic to the selected firm.
