# Department of Information and Communication Technology (DoICT) is organizing Digital Bangladesh Day 2019 event all over the country as the executing agency on behalf of ICT Division.
#The event includes-Rally, Venue Decoration and Branding (Inside & Outside), Road Branding, AV, TVC, CG, Theme Song, Printing & Publication, Meeting, Seminar & Workshops, Concert for ICT, Competition, Innovation Showcasing, Startup and e-Govermnent Zone, Laser Show, POI Show, T-Shirt, Poster, Banner (Foot over Bridge, Pole, LED Borfi etc.), History Wall with LED Light, Stand Alone, Count Down Clock, Building Lighiting, Invitation Card, LED Caravan for Activation Program (School, Colleges and Universities), Call for Action, Talk Show, Social Media, Digital Promotional and Media Activities, Web Site Design for Management of total activities of Digital Bangladesh Day (like Registration, Session, Speaker, Seminer etc) etc.
# Some of the programmes will be live streamed in different media and all of the pre event and post events expecting a 360 degree media coverage.
# The tenderer needs to organize the live streaming, managing studio in the venue as well as manage all PR related activities. It also includes print, digital and TV media buying. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

(A) LoT o1: Event Management
1) Reputed Event Management Firm and related firms who have minimum 5 (Five) years of overall experience providing event related services and supply of related goods;
2) Technical resources and facilities available with regarding event management service;
3) The Company shall have a minimum experience of arranging 3 (Three) related Very Important Program/Event at National & International Level.
4) The firm must have fulltime Event Manager, Media Manager, Creative Manager (in high, medium and low levels) and other Managers, Executives and associates having experiences in organizing National/International Event.
(B) Lot 02: Printing Materials and Publications
1) Reputed event management Firm and related firms who have minimum 5 (Five) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services;
2) Technical resources and facilities available with regarding event management service;
3) The Company shall have a minimum experience of arranging 3 (Three) related Very Important Program/Event at National/International Level.
(C) Lot 03: Digital Media Management
1) Media related firms and related firms who have minimum 3 (Three) years of overall experience in related services;
2) The firm shall have a minimum experience to cover 2 (Two) related Program/Event at National/ International Level.
3) The firm must have fulltime personnel for firm management, TVC Broadcast and Media expert, Website, Social Media Marketing & Live Streaming expert (in high, medium and low levels) and other Managers, Executives and associates having experiences in National/ International media management
(D) Lot 04: Concert for Digital Bangladesh
1) Reputed Event Management Firm and related firms who have minimum 3 (Three) years of overall experience in the related services;
2) Technical resources and facilities available with regarding event management service;
3) The Company shall have a minimum experience of arranging 2 (Two) related Very Important Program/Event at National/International Level.
4) Sufficient documents for arranging National and/or International Level concert program.
(E) For all Lot mentioned above must have fallowing-
• Company profile in relation to standard strength.
• The firm must have sufficient amount of liquid assets, i.e., working capital or credit line(s) supported by appropriate documents;
• The firm must have update-audit-report of previous 3 (Three) years.
• The firm must submit yearly turnover report/documents;
• The firm should have valid up to date trade license, income tax certificate and VAT registration;
• JVCA is allowed as per PPA-2006 & PPR-2008; However; all the firms of JVCA must be Bangladeshi. |
