| Brief Description of Assignment |

i) Detailed Level Survey of Sehra, Makorjani and all other canals under Mymensingh City Corporation
ii) Identifying and demaracation of canals.
iii) Preparing of proposal for construction of new road, walkway & side drain by the side of canals.
iv) Preparing of detailed architecharal plan, design-drawing, cost estimate of exacavation of canals, protection of canals, new road, walkway, drain, ornamental bridges at different location etc and also preparing BOQ and tender documents etc.
v) The firms also be collecting, formulating, studying and analyzing the derived data of Surrounding area to prepare a fruitful feasibility study.
vi) The firm will prepare required land acquisition proposal. Tentative cost of proposed land acquisition and involuntary resettlement plan will be prepared
vii) The firm will prepare development project proposal (DPP)

The consulting firm shall have a general experience of at least 5(five) years and practical experience with proven assignment record. The EOI shall be evaluated on the basis of the following documents: 1. Registration of firm. 2. Age of the firm (years in relevant business). 3. Availavility of the key professionals for conducting similar type of assignments. 4. Financial resources of the consulting firm (Turnover of last five years). 5. Experience of the firm in similar task/assignments (example of past experience of similar nature and for complexity including cost and duration of the assignment). 6. Experience of the firm in other works (example of past experience of similar nature and for complexity including cost and duration of the assignment). 7. Support services of the firm (office equipment). 8. Financial statment supported by audit report for the last 3(three) years. |
