| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
(1) All Architectural & Engineering Drawing, Design of 12 storied or higher commercial building with 3 basement including acoustic works, theater/ convention hall, shooting studio, revolving restaurant, swimming pool at top, Ballroom etc, comprising 3D architectural views.
(2) Vetting of all design & drawing with the proper Authority (Rajuk., Department of Architecture, BUET etc)
(3) Preparing of Estimate & Tender Schedule, BOQ Schedule of works including Gantt chart.
(4) Works Supervision jointly with BFDC engineers.
(5) Submitting all the reports periodically to the project Authority.
(6) Taking permission from all concerned govt. organization like Rajuk, DOE, City Corporation, CAA, DPDC and other agencies.

| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

(1) The consulting firm should have at least 15 years general experience in design, estimate & supervision of high-rise (3 basement and at least 12 storied) commercial building works.
(2) Experience in the field of acoustic works, theater/ convention hall, swimming pool and other electro-mechanical works.
(3) Preferably ballroom and revolving restaurant & shooting studio.
(4) The team leader should have 18 years experience in high-rise commercial building works.
(5) The firm should have permanent experienced & skilled senior and junior Architects, Structural engineers, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical engineers, Senior and junior supervision engineers (positions of Civil, Electrical, Mechanical engineering). All should have 15 years design and implementation works experience.
(6) Other technical & Non-technical manpower should have attached as permanent staff with the firm.
(7) The firm should have necessary required equipments/machineries.
(8) The firm should have proper legal business & professional documents.
(9) They Should have financial & managerial capacity.
(10) Joint venture would be allowed as per PPR-2008.
