| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
: Scope of service includes but not limited to the followings:
a) Supplying, installation and commissioning electronic/web-based computerized Toll Collection system at Atrai Toll Plaza, Kachikata, Natore.
b) Operation and Management (O&M) of Electronic/web-based Computerized Toll Collection System at Atrai toll plaza.
c) Up-gradation of existing toll collection system including solution for online (web-based) real time multi-station toll monitoring system, establishing link with BRTA data base system and radio frequency identification system (RFID).
d) Supply and installation of Smart Card System for Toll Collection of at Atrai Toll Plaza.
e) Ensure traffic management, safety and security support within the service area.
f) Ensure total backup support and supply of necessary spare parts from ready stock for smooth operation of toll collection system for 24/7 basis.
g) Ensure security support in software for toll operation system.
h) Networking with Bank for auto data transfer of collected toll.
i) Insurances.
j) Technology transfer and institutional training.

| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

1. Experience of the Firm in similar assignment completed successfully /ongoing successfully during the last 10 (ten) years as follows:
a) Design, development, supply & installation or up-gradation of online (web-based) real time multi-station toll monitoring and electronic/Web-based computerized toll collection system of major bridge/ flyover/ highway/expressway with minimum value of BDT 20 (Twenty) Lakh in a single contract completed over a period of last 10 (ten) years or ongoing project supported by authentic documents.
b) Operation & Management (O&M) of online (web-based) real time multi-station toll monitoring and electronics/computerized toll collection and traffic data management system of major bridge/ flyover/ highway/ expressway with minimum value BDT 1 (One) crore in a single contract completed over a period of last 10 (ten) years or ongoing project supported by authentic documents.
2. General Experience of the Firm(s) in similar assignment executed/completed during last 10 (ten) years in similar operating condition.
3. Availability of the appropriate skilled staff (list of relevant professional staff including their qualification & experience in similar nature of works) and availability of the resources & demonstration capacity to carry out such assignment.
4. Financial capability & administrative/managerial strength:
a) Average annual turnover shall be greater than BDT 2 (Two) crore over the last 5 (five) years.
b) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities shall be BDT 50 (Fifty) Lakh.
c) Company’s incorporation certificate, updated trade license, VAT registration certificate, latest income tax (IT) certificate and administrative/managerial structure with company’s organ gram with list of staff.
N.B- All experience certificates shall be issued by competent/concerned authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent.
