The service included:
a)Review of existing :
i. Structural drawing
ii. Sanitary & plumbing drawing
iii. Electrical drawings
iv. Mechanical drawings including fire fighting system.
b) Preparation of Cost Estimate (BOQ).
c) Preparation of Tender documents.
d) Tendering evaluation process.
e) Supervision of the construction works during construction period. |

Intending firms will have to submit the following documents along with the EOI:
a) Brochures submitted by the applicants summarizing the firm (s) experience and areas of expertise.
b) Description of similar nature (Completed minimum 10 storied with two basement floor i.e (10+2) of works experience performed by the firm (s) within last 5 years.
c) Professional qualifications among applicant’s staff.
d) Adequate logistic facilities to carry out the assignments.
e) Year of experience: Minimum 15 years of the firm.
f) Financial capacity of the firm.
g) Local consulting firm who have minimum 15 years general experience in the consulting works.
h) Work Experience Under Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Body/Bank/Insurance etc. |

a) Consultants will be short listed in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations 2008. The client will conduct the short-listing of interested consulting firms for the above mentioned consultancy services. The firm must have experience of rendering consultancy services for similar nature of assignments.
b) The interested firm (s) may form Joint Venture, Consortium of Association (JVCA) with other firms (Local) to enhance their qualification and experience but total number of firm in the joint Venture, Consortium of Association (JVCA) should not be more than 2 (Two). The lead firm must have the experience of Architectural & Engineering design of similar nature of works as mentioned in 12 (b).
c) 3 (three) sets of EOI (1 original + 2 copy) with supporting documents must be delivered at or before 3.00 PM on 23-12-2019 in sealed envelopes, marked with EOI of said works.
d) Interested Firms may obtain further information on all working days from 9.00 AM to 16.00 PM from the office of undersigned. |
