| Brief Description of Assignment |

The Training Management Firm will be responsible for management of overseas short-term training, study tour, seminar, workshop, Boot camp etc. for of officers and young entrepreneurs/startup of iDEA project in Japan, Indonesia, China, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Vietnam, Germany, Netherland, New Zealand, UK, Australia etc. should be arranged through reputed training organizations/universities

| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |
: |
a. Minimum 10 years of experience in overseas similar training/study tour management activities under different ministries/division/autonomous bodies/ non-govt. organizations.
b. Client list and Experience certificate (assigned appreciation letter of organization/ institution/ company worked for as claimed in experience).
c. Evidence of successful implementation of 02 (Two) overseas training programmes worth at least 1,00,00,000 (One core) taka or equivalent US dollars each for government/non-government organizations within a period of last 5 (five) years. Award, contract agreement and performance/completion certificate should be submitted.
d. Evidence of permanent office (ownership document/rental deed) in Bangladesh.
e. Reasonably acceptable organisational profile having adequate permanent manpower and other office equipment and logistic support (Detailed profile of permanent manpower needs to be submitted separately).
f. Overseas training partnership/regional/global networking with other international and regional training organisations/institutions. The intending firms must show written evidences of partnership in the form of agreement/MOU or any other form of mutual collaboration signed with the organisations engaged in training of civil/public officials.
g. Firm must have aggregate turnover of at least BDT 5 (five) crore in the last five years.
